As the result, the process solution is self-purified and serves up to 5 times longer than conventional analogues. Principle of process organization

As a rule, preparation of surfaces before applying various coatings is carried out using various types of jet washers. A pressurized washing solution is supplied to the metal surface thus cleaning and degreasing it. Then the process solution flows to a washer tank where the washed out hydrocarbons are separated and the washing solution is recycled several times in an closed loop.
