Reducing the costs of process solution production and disposal

Due to the demulsifying effect, the hydrocarbon contaminants float to the surface of the solution and then they are separated using appropriate equipment (skimmer, bypass, overflow, etc.). As the result, the process solution is self-purified and serves up to 5 times longer than conventional analogues. At the same time, Unikleen 200 does not require high temperatures as the conventional product do, thus it reduces boiling out the process solutions as well as costs of its heating. The extended service life of the process solution reduces frequency of its disposal providing additional savings.

Ease of disposal

The demulsifying effect allows separation of larger volumes of hydrocarbon contaminants from solution, the separated contaminations are disposed separately. Waste process solution is from 10 to 20 times cleaner than conventional solutions, and this allows draining the process solution diluted with water into sewage line in most cases.

Principle of process organization

Depending on the used equipment, the process can be organized by various methods — from treating the product with a high pressure washer to massive brushing machines for degreasing rolled products. In any case, the process solution is applied on the surface and spread by brushes or applied under pressure thus cleaning and degreasing it. The process solution is used in a closed loop, floating hydrocarbons are removed from the solution surface using the equipment of the washing installations.
